Shipping
Orders for items that are directly in stock will be shipped on working days the same day if the order is placed before 5:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
You will later receive a track & trace code via the email address provided to track your package.
Pre-order items have a different delivery time. The expected shipping period is stated on the 'shipping and returns' page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipping may occur once the order is complete, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After receipt and approval of the return, we will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, via the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will take place within a maximum of 18 working days.
The costs and shipping risk of returning to our webshop are for the customer.
Returns must be registered in advance via email or WhatsApp, stating your name and order number.

Returns are only possible when the items:

Are undamaged

Have not been worn or washed

Have original labels and packaging

Do not contain make-up, food, or usage stains

Are free from odors (such as smoke, perfume, or body odor)

Are free from animal hair

Have not been repaired or altered by yourself

Insufficiently franked returns will not be accepted. If a return does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to send the shipment back and charge the additional shipping costs.

Warranty
We do not provide a washing warranty on clothing. Wear or damage resulting from washing or incorrect maintenance is not our responsibility.
In addition, no warranty is provided on decorative or fragile parts such as rhinestones, sequins, buttons, and zippers.
